I guess it was the evening of January 12th when I decided to take control of my weight. I was finished breastfeeding so I didn't have the excuse of not wanting to lower my calories. My son had begun to get interested in the food I was eating and it was just sad that I didn't want to give him the crap I was feeding myself! It was not healthy, wholesome or nutritous. I made a lifestyle change, I don't consider it a diet. I am making progress, it has been just under four months and I am down 30 pounds as of today. I offically started at 251.6 and am now 221.6 Yay!
I thought I would try taking photos every 30 pounds as I plan to lose about 90 pounds. I do not have actual start photos but I found two VERY
unflattering ones that must really be what I looked like. Sigh.
