Mark's Before and Current Photos (OMG!!! I used to be SO FAT!!!!!)
I went and got some old photos there to take a gander at. I used to be SO fat!! I never even realised at the time! OMG! Im in complete shock! I must get some before photos up on here!! To show you all... omg, im really shocked
Well. I stumbed across some old photos of myself and couldnt believe how big i used to be so i thought i would show you all the progress i have made so far. Im still in shock at how fat i used to be. thank god i made the decision to change!!
I still have a bit to go so the current photos will hopefully change in the future, not a lot but a bit.....

I hadnt really realised how far I had come until i dredged up these photos from the past! For anyone doubtful on whether to continue dieting, please do, it will result in positive change!

I was hideous before! I dunno how i looked in the mirror. I feel so much better now!! Erm yeah thank god i lost that couple of stone. Just another stone and a half and that should be it...
I agree with JayEll...photos show us how far we have come. I had not really even noticed my weight loss until I saw some photos of myself from about a year ago.

Would you mind sharing how you lost the weight -- I mean, besides the obvious answer of eating less, do you have any tips to share from your success?
Also, do you know how many American pounds you lost?

Err, im not sure about american pounds....
Well, u know, i really dont know how i lost the weight....I used to eat a LOT! I mean overeating constantly. every day so i just started cutting out all the sweets and cakes and snacking etc. Over time, it just fell off..it came off rather quickly if i remember it well....I didnt even do that much exercise to be honest, just mild walking, to the bus stop and around school....I didnt go out of my way to exercise, put it that way. I remember the first time i stood on the scales and saw my weight lower than it had been before, i was so amazed..
Now, i am still eating healthily and the weight is coming off, not as fast as before, but it is moving
