So some days I wonder what everyone else is eating OP. I thought we could have a thread where you could tell us what you are eating. Might get some new ideas....and you can have extra incentive to be good OP so you can post your day here! :-)
Today:
Breakfast: I had an egg/cheese burrito. I LOVE cholula hot sauce and like two splashes in my eggs make the yummiest burrito.
Lunch- lemon pepper turkey (frozen turkey burger with soem lemon pepper Mrs. Dash), salad, and pineapple. I put the pineapple on my salad with some pepper and didn't need any dressing. yum.
Today - Meta-Slim Plus Level 2
Breakfast - eggs over easy with chives with 1 slice toast - grape HSN
Lunch - Chicken breast saute'ed in chicken breast HSN with mushrooms and
green onion and strawberries.
Snack - string cheese.
Dinner - Planing on having Tuna patties (tuna, egg, melba toast with various
spices) and salad with Mango Peach HSN.
Evening - Pink lemonade HSN.
I'm on day 3 so no creamies yet but so far loving the food and really like the cookbook.
Oooh. What a good idea. I think this is just what I needed.
Today, not a good OP day.
Breakfast: HNS & Chocolate meal replacement shake
Lunch: salad at Ingredient (restaurant near work)--spring greens, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, chicken, granny smith apple slices, and balsamic vinegrette. I also munched on the dinner roll that came with it.
Afternoon "snack": 5 thin mint girl scout cookies.
Dinner: In a rush because of time of yoga class tonight: leftover turkey, green beans, HNS and slice of marble rye bread (I'm outta my sara lee lc bread).
Going to yoga tonight, might jump on the bike at the gym to burn off those gs cookies. Then off to the store to stock up on my essentials. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
Breakfast: Egg and cheese burrito
Morning Snack: apple and mixed berry HNS
Lunch: Elk burger, spinach salad with strawberries and balsamic vinegar
Afternoon Snack: melba toast and cranberry green tea HNS
Dinner: Buffalo steak, steamed brussels sprouts, tomato slices, and toast
Evening Snack: yogurt and orange HNS
I eat a lot of food but exercise a lot too. Tonight I had my kick boxing class and walked for 5 miles (training to walk a half marathon in May). I am hoping to sign the 100 pound board by the end of April.

Today was a good day overall ..
I'm on the Meta Slim Plus - Level 2 program
Breakfast : Breakfast burrito
2 eggs; instant fire salsa (in cookbook); 50 calorie tortilla
Pink Lemonade HNS
Lunch: Chicken Salad from Price Chopper (to save my greens from going bad)
Lettuce, chicken, egg, chopped zucchini, and lots of cucumbers - Walden Farms Italian Dressing
Pink Lemonade HNS
Snack : Cottage Cheese (while I was at the salad bar)
Dinner: Turkey Taco Chili
Turkey, instant fire salsa, black beans, red beans (McCormicks Low Sodium taco seasoning & Hidden valley ranch low fat dressing mix)
Pink Lemonade HNS
I planned a good OP dinner (cooked ahead on Sunday) but my dad was in town working so we went to eat with him. We went to a country buffet style place...I made myself a taco salad...which was OP, but then I ate a cinnamon roll. :-( They just looked so good and were staring me in the face. Bad choice. But its ok...back on the train today!
For breakfast I'm having egg/cheese burrito.
For lunch, I have to eat during class, so I'm having cheese sticks, strawberries, and cucumbers. Gotta have snacky stuff so I can eat fairly quietly at my desk.
Breakfast today: eggs & toast
Lunch will probably be a meal replacement bar, as I will be between appointments.
Dinner will be tough. We're doing a pizza party for my sister's bday at her house, along with gourmet cupcakes. I'm planning on picking up a chicken salad at subway so I can just eat that for dinner. I will try to resist the cupcakes.
Breakfast: Cheese and Melba Rounds, skim milk (My main breakfast everyday. I am a creature of habit)
Snack: HNS and apple
Lunch: Turkey meatballs, green peppers, and apple
Snack: HNS and Melba
Dinner: Bison burger, broccoli, 40-cal bread
Snack: HNS Hot Chocolate made with skim milk
I precook a whole bunch of turkey meatballs then vacuum seal the right portion so I can just go into the freezer and grab my meat for the day. I microwave, in the package, for about 1 1/2 minutes, and they are hot and tasty. I eat them with mustard.
-Breakfast: egg/cheese tortilla
-Lunch- salad (shredded lettuce, cucumber) turkey burger with buffalo hot sauce, peaches with Ideal brown sugar (sugar free substitute) and ginger and cinnamon (sooo yummy...like a cobbler with no crust)
-For dinner, I have some turkey "spaghetti" with spaghetti squash prepared waiting for us at home. I'll have some of that and some garlic toast.
