i have read that others have had setbacks when they were sick. You probably put your body in starvation mode when you couldn't eat and that will make you not lose. Also, I find that the key to my weight loss is drinking the water and if you couldn't do that either, that makes sense that you wouldn't be losing during that time. As soon as you are feeling better, you should be able to get right back on program.
