Patzi, I have been waiting for the green menu mainly because of the less protein. The 6oz was kicking my butt. I do like the new changes to it as well. It is definitely going to help me stick to it better having a few additions.

Whenever I've gotten to small for clothes I've been piling them up in the back bedroom. I straightened them all out this weekend and I can't believe how much my husband and I have accumulately so far. I'm going to get that stack even higher before it is all said and done.

Can I ask... what are you planning to do with the clothes? I'm in the same predicament with having almost 3 sizes that do not fit. I don't want to keep them (afraid that will be a crutch to gain again) so I'm thinking of doing Good Will or selling a few online...

I gave some to a coworker, some to my mom and the rest I plan on having a yard sale. I have a lot of other stuff I want to get rid of too. If that doesn't work then I will give them to Good Will (it's what I normally do).

Thanks... I'm trying to decide what to do with mine... I think I'll do Goodwill or some other charity too.

Have to say I am confused..the news green menu items are things that are added in during stabilization. Does anyone know about this "new" green menu?

All I was told was that they have been testing it and they found those things to be beneficial during weight loss. I read in another thread they were adding those things to another menu too. So it seems they must be adding them all but that I am not sure of. I am going to talk to my center when I go back this week. If you have questions about the menu you are on, you might want to talk to your center and see if they are doing the changes as well.

Fluffy, I asked at my center and they had no idea what I was talking about with the new additions. Is your menu for 200 +?

our center is doing it both for 200+ and 200-. There are not a lot of choices but they definetly help! It is starting to remind me more of South Beach.

Thanks JenB...its been slow but well worth it.

BOBCAT, when I talked to the center again last week I did notice all the menus have the additions. I think the added variety is good. The amounts are small but very welcome.

I asked my center about it, and they said they had new menus coming Feb. 15. I wonder why some centers already have them and some don't?
