I have been trying to follow this diet with a friend but he has the plan for men. It seems like way to much food for me to eat especially at one sitting. Is this different that the plan for women? Would you email the information to me at *username*@gmail.com. Today is my first day on here but I have viewed this website many times and found very valuable information

(birdfeet) in here. Do you know anyone who has tried the diet without the supplements? One counsler said it was easy,but didn't explain any more other than you use the same spices as they use. Also,have you tried walden farms dressing etc? they have a large variety of items.It is one we can use on MRC.

I'm new to the forum, and new to MRC. I just joined for 6 weeks. I really need the body in balance since I think my hormones are way out of whack, but couldn't afford the upfront cost of $500. Someone asked about a special....where I joined is offering 1/2 off renewal on black Friday. I think 17 week renewal is $129.00, so that would be $65.00. That might be doable.

Im starting out at 240+ and need to get down to 175. I'm in pre-conditioning and taking the MRC-6 supplement. If you could share your PDF file with me also, I would be so grateful. I'm going to be reading through all the threads. They have been so helpful already.
