tkdtara84, thanks for the advice. I might try that if I don't see improvement by Monday.
little edie, thanks for the info and the support. :) Everyone in this forum is so supportive, I love it. JenB72, way to go! I read that and had to get up for a walk. It's perfect weather here in Oregon, so I don't have an excuse. (sunny, mid 70's) Junie04, I have several goals for every 10 lbs. pedicure, new bras, massage, new clothes. :) LetHerOut, thanks, and I am so sorry about your grandmother. (((hugs))) Congrats to all the losers and hang in there all who are dealing with struggles. It's nice to know we all have each other's back and can find support here. <3 |
I reward myself all along the way. Last time I did every ten pounds, but this time I'm doing every five. They're things like pedicures, facials, new clothes, etc. I got highlights and an undercabinet CD player already. Honestly, I might have bought those things anyway, but I ordered them/got them when I hit my goal, so it was a nice way to reward myself that had nothing to do with food.
Rewards aren't a necessity, but they do help me, and with pedicures, etc., it's good to do something nice for myself. When I get to goal, I plan to do some clothes shopping at some favorite and/or more expensive stores. Honestly, I think that's the most popular reward for most people. Presumably, you'd be staying at that weight and could invest in some clothes that you'd wear for a long time. Also, most people have been making do with ill-fitting clothes on the way down, so you'd need clothes at a goal weight anyhow. |

I had been rewarding myself along the way with massages or a new cute top or dress, too, at every 20lbs lost. The ultimate goal reward for me, though, has been buying new summer clothes--and now, buying new work clothes for this fall. It's hard for me, because I'm not used to spending that much money on so many new clothes, but it makes me feel so good to go shopping and have such a huge selection of stylish clothes to choose from now. A little overwhelming, but awesome. ;) Also, being able to buy cute stuff cheaply off the clearance rack! |
I guess I'm in the category I never really thought about a reward either. I think I need to start doing that. Just not sure what.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!! |
The last two times I went in for a weigh in, the scale didn't move and I was very disappointed, especially since I'd been following the rules to a T. The counselor knew I was disappointed, and told me to start taking two B6 a day, so I did. I also decided to stop eating cheese as my morning protein this week, to see if it helped.
That evening (Tuesday), after I left the clinic, my family went to Red Lobster to celebrate mine and my daughter's birthdays. I went completely off program and ate everything I wanted to. I made a promise to myself that once I walked out of the restaurant, I was strictly back on program. I kept that promise and reluctantly went in for my weigh in this morning and......... .... down 2.5 pounds!! So happy! They measured me today, too, and I got my first ribbon. It's 14.5 inches long. I'm down 9 pounds so far and next week, I plan to sign the 10 pound board! I've finally been a member of this board for long enough that I'm allowed to have signatures, so I'm hoping my ticker shows up when I post this. Another idea I had that I hope others may be interested in, is if you'll look under my user name to the left of this post, I put the date I started this program. While reading posts, I'm always curious to know how long the person has been following the program. Hope everyone's having a good weekend! |
Hi ladies! I, too, have finally been here long enough for a ticker. YAY! :)
|
:^::tread:I am os glad I found this site. I am a newbee to MRC. July 2011 is my second month. I have lost 19.5 lbs and 39.5 inches. 10 inches on my hips alone. I am so glad to have begun this journey.....this seems like such a simple plan.

ginpea, 2.5 is great! It's good that you don't have to deal with the guilt of going off program and having a gain. It's great that you got right back on after you cheated. I think that's the big key if/when you do decide to cheat. Way to go!
|
Ginpea - That's great about your 2.5 pound loss!!!!
RaRaF & Ginpea - You'll also find your ticker to be added motivation. I love being able to adjust it lower after a WI. Call it a little reward. Simplytrying - Welcome to the board!!! This place is a great source of support!!! Best wishes on your journey! |
Havin' a rough week, but trying to hang in there. My weight went up 1lb and then back down. I stayed the same at Friday's WI. I know it's probably that my TOM is 2 weeks late, but it's still frustrating. Trying to drink more H2O but feel like I'm having to gag it down. On my home scale this a.m., it looked like I was down .5, so we'll see what Tuesday brings. Wish me Luck!
Simplytrying ~ 10 inches off your hips alone??!! Wow! That is AMAZING!! Keep up the good work! |
Happy Sunday
Congrats to everyone who has been losing.
I'm down 3.5 this week overall. Thur I weighed in and was down 1.5 which was a total shock I went in after I'd been at the gym did my run/walk for 50 minutes. Plus I was bloated from TOM. Saturday I was down another 2 lbs. Again I went in after working out. They get upset w/ me because I come in after working out. It is easier after work for me to hit the gym first and then go to the center. The center is on my way home from the gym and with gas prices these days I try not to drive extra miles. Saturday's I'm not waiting until 10 to workout if I do that I won't work out. I need to do my workout as soon as I get up. The consultant yesterday was really upset with my water consumption she told me I was drinking too much water lately. I said do you know what the temp is outside. The feels like temp in NE has been over 100 this past week. I work out and when I'm done I'm wringing the sweat out of my shirt and you want me to cut back on my water are you crazy. That is what I wanted to say to her, instead I just said right now I will not go under a gallon of water a day. Not when I'm working out an hour a day and the outside temp is over 100 degrees. I'd rather slow down my weight loss than risk dehydration or cut back on my exercise. Usually the consultants comments don't upset me, but she also accused me of being addicted to running. I held my tongue and said well let's go see what the scale says. The scale was down 2lbs in two days. I wanted to say Booyah take that. :D Instead I put my shoes on gathered my purse and said well if you don't have anymore I don't need anything and I'll be in next week. I hope everyone is having a great Sunday. I'm not very active, but I do read everyone's comments. |
I can think of worse things than a running addiction. I don't know why they care if you drink a ton of water anyhow. Most of the time, their advice is absolutely right, but if you're losing weight, I don't see the problem.
|
Cappuccino supplement..
Is this in a package same as the hot cocoa? That with diet creme soda and sounds good to me. cmmnsnsfml I drink 68-72 oz. water daily, sometimes more in heat if working outside.. Never let the consultant be upset with you.. I have learned this a long time ago. I always said, I paid for this program, I am doing my best and that is that, next subject.. Some of you remember what I went thru with them trying to sell me products each time I gained or had stalled. I bucked them all the way and still made it to maintenance. There were times they had me so upset I cried when I got in car and I put a stop to that fast.. Now they start if I gain, and I keep saying, I went 5 pounds under goal so I could have some freedom..They started on me last week, about gaining a pound, and I nipped that in the bud. It is difficult enough losing weight and no one needs their confidence taken away from them. Be your own advocate and you will be fine. ConnieInColorado Hope things are better for you this week. Hang in there. Simplytrying, welcome to the board. Wishing you all the success in your new challenge Ginpea, great weight loss, and good for you, going right back on the program. That is just wonderful. Junie.. It is so easy to lose motivation so close to goal, but hang in there and try to be focused and come to the board and talk about it.. You have come a long way and want to finish Have you talked to your consultant about this? I have made maintenance, is there anything I can do for you to help you? If so, please ask. Lostcause.. Making it to the half point is a great place to be and gives you the incentive to get to the end. Pat yourself on the back as you do so deserve it. luvs2read79 Good weight loss. If I have missed anyone, I am truly sorry.. I want to congratulate all the losers, and want to tell anyone having a problem or down about not losing, come to this board and talk to us all. I would not have made it if it was not for this forum. Everyone have a wonderful Sunday. Patzi |
ginpea- I, too fell off the wagon last night at a party. There were no good choices, pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese balls, sweet potato fries, cake balls... Not a good one for me. I did limit to one glass of wine, 2 sliders, 1 mac and cheese ball, 1 cake ball. It is my TOM so I'm not looking forward to a weigh in soon. I'm drinking a ton of water today! And, I'm totally back on program.
I like the idea of adding the date to when you started. I started in July also. I'm going to try to add it right now. I love reading all the posts and look forward to getting my ticker on the bottom soon. |
RaRaF - Doesn't having a ticker make you feel more official? haha
simplytrying - Sounds like you're off to a fantastic start! I hope to follow in your footsteps. This is my first month. tkdtara84 & JenB72 & patzi - Thank you for the encouragment. :) ConnieInColorado - Is your period being late a normal thing? Good luck for Tuesday! Hoping for a good weigh in! cmmnsnsfml - Great job on the 3.5 pounds!! I wish I was addicted to running. Or at least, to exercise. How much water were you drinking that they got onto you for it? I've been drinking 100-120 ounces per day and have received nothing but praise from the consultants. I don't plan to go over that amount, though. I do know that you CAN drink too much water, but I don't know how much is too much. brandy8188 - I've saved you a seat on the wagon, so get right back up here. :) To be honest, I'd told my family that if I went in for another weigh in and there was no change, I was going to cheat to give my body a jolt. I felt like it would work because I'd been eating the same thing every single day. When there was no change, I decided I was going to follow through on the cheat. I was a little reluctant to go for my weigh in yesterday, just because I knew I'd feel bad if I'd actually gained, but was so happy to see the 2.5 pound loss. Especially since that was the first time the scale had moved in over a week. I'm not advising cheats, but I do feel like it worked for me. Don't dwell on the cheat, just get right back to the program and don't look back. :) I'm so glad you put your starting date under your user name, too. I really hope this catches on! |
LetHerOut - congrats on your 2 lb loss. Sorry to hear about your grandfather. I'm an emotional eater also and emphathize with you. With stress, it's not about whether you're hungry or not, it's about gaining comfort from whatever you're putting in your mouth. Unfortunately, that only lasts for a minute and you need something else. Stay strong!
ginpea - congrats on your 2.5 lb loss and inches lost. I am of the school of thought that sometimes our bodies need a shakeup. It's not a popular train of thought, but that is just my belief, especially when one is stuck at a certain place and doing things right. It shouldn't be a go-to often, but every once in a while. I absolutely LOVE getting on the scale and seeing a lower number! I also added my starting date under my name because I like to know how long people have been on program in regards to the success they've had. simplytrying - Welcome and congrats on your lbs loss and inches lost thus far. ConnieinColorado - last week, TOM beat me up. It was rough but I stayed the course and my weigh-in afterwards made up for the crappy one during. cmmnsnsfml - first of all, congrats on your amazing loss! I am FLOORED that your consultant would discourage you from exercising and drinking lots of water - I would think that they'd want you to build healthy habits so that when you reach stabilization/maintenance you'll be successful. In the long run, we'll have to be active in some kind of way. That is wild. In this instance, I think you know what is BEST for your body. Where do you guys buy diet cream soda from? I only find diet root beer which I am not a fan of. Patzi - thanks for the great advice and encouragement. We all need it and need to hear how others deal with issues that come up. You are right - these boards are an awesome source of encouragement. brandy8188 - This is a learning process. All we can do is make the best of any situation, learn from it, and get back on track as soon as possible. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, everyone! |
luvs2read - Thank you for adding your start date! I'm going to go back and add my year, too. Also, we were posting at the same time, but I described in my post how I'd decided to cheat to give my body a jolt, so I agree with you! :)
|
Patzi - I hope everything is alright with your sister. This must be a stressful time for you.
I have been having problems getting back on track lately, but this week and last week have been really bad. I'm not sure what is going on but I would like some help getting through it. Though I'm not really sure what kind of help I need! A couple days last week I was just so hungry! It's not like the little hunger pains that makes your stomach growl...that I can deal with. I just felt weak and "starving" if you know what I mean. So I just ate! I have talked to my consultants about it once, but I think I might bring it up to them again. Luvs2read - 3.5 pounds in a week? That is amazing. Keep up the good work. Little edie - I am hanging in there. It looks like you did well this week! LetHerOut - I am scared of that very thing, losing motivation and gaining it back. I am not sure what is wrong with me, really. I may need some help. I am not yet at a healthy body fat. I wish I could just stop here, but that probably won't help me any. I just need to get my mind back in the game! Sorry to hear about your grandpa. That must be really hard for you. ginpea - congrats on the nice weight loss. I have had that happen before too when I went off program for a big meal! Simplytrying - good luck to you and welcome! ConnieInColorado - Good luck to you too. I know what it's like to have a rough week. You can do it though, just hang in there! Cmmnsnsfml - I am concerned about your counselors being upset with you. They should be there for you, not the other way around. I hope it gets better for you there. You shouldn't have to put up with negativity. I don't blame you for going weigh in when it's convenient for you. If you lost weight, it will show up eventually so why does it matter if you had extra water weight one week? Thanks for all the great advice about rewards. When I first started, I would reward myself with every 10 pounds...new earrings, clothes when necessary, but then I sort of forgot. And like Patzi said, I was just so happy to be a smaller size that I wasn't thinking about a reward. Teacherlady - A Kindle sounds like a great reward. I have been wanting one! I do need some new pieces (clothes) too. I really don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe right now thought, but a few extra pieces here and there are great. I think this is one of the longest posts I have written. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to give me help and suggestions! |
Patzi:
Yes, the cappuccino is a powder, creamy supplement, just like the hot chocolate. It's pretty good! I may try it with the cream soda! Luvs2Read79: I get my A/W diet cream soda at Wal-Mart in a twelve pack. I have also bought the Shasta brand (which I like even better because it's made with Splenda instead of aspartame) at Harps-local grocer. If your stores don't carry it, maybe you could make a request? |

Junie.. yes, by all means talk to your consultant and bring in your eating journal with you.. Make sure you journal, as if you do not you go astray. When I was like that, they changed the menu on me twice adding certain things taking away other things. This was done twice and it worked. I know what you mean, you were so hungry.. One time it happened to me, I could have eaten everything in the house.. The one thing that stopped it was fat. I had a heaping teaspoon of peanut butter and that stopped my cravings. Consultant told me to add more good fats to diet, like more salmon, etc.. and that worked for that time.. Other time, it was I added protein in large doses and hunger curbed, so they added more protein to my diet.. So, do talk to them and hang in there. You have come too far to go back or give up. Keep me informed.. Patzi |
Hi everyone, I just wanted to write a quick note to congratulate everyone's progress and encourage those with struggles. I can't take the time at the moment to write everyone individually, but I'm here for you all and reading your posts!
My Doxie had surgery Friday so I'm busy taking care of her this weekend. (She broke her leg in Dec. and they put 3 pins in her leg. They were bugging her, so she had them taken out. She's doing much better today then yesterday. She's the one in the purple: http://rosieanddaisy.files.wordpress...falls-2041.jpg) I added my start date too, great idea Luvs2Read! Thanks everyone for all the great support you bring this forum. :) I have a question for all of you. I started TOM yesterday and have weigh in tomorrow. What time during TOM do you usually notice the water weight come on/off? I wonder if I will be carrying come extra weight tomorrow... |
Quote:
If I were you, I would not expect much of a loss. If you do have one, then it will be a great surprise! |
Hi ladies! Congrats on all the losses. :) I went totally off program tonite for my son's 8th birthday party. I've never done the "completely off" program thing, and now I feel bloated and full. :( Oh well, it's his birthday and it only happens once. Maybe it will give me the jump-start that you all have written about? I hope so! I'm hoping to sign the 30 lb board this week. I hope I didn't just ruin my chances.
|
I've been AWOL for a few days. Not only from the board, but from the program too. We've been out on a river trip and two days friends made lunches for us...ham & cheese sandwiches...they KNOW I'm on this diet, so I couldn't really say - no thanks I'm dieting and that's not allowed. Ugh - salt. And dang it, I just reach the 10 pound point - I'm scared to get on the scale in the morning.
Anyway - I've had to catch up on lots of posts. Congrads to those still keeping OP and losing that weight. To those struggling, I'm right there with you, but we will overcome! I'm told by my very supportive husband, just take one craving at a time. That's what I would tell him when he quit smoking :-) |
Thanks Everyone for the congrates on the halfway mark.
Ok really frustrated today. Not looking forward to going to MRC up a pound today on my scales at home and I haven't eatin more then I should and even added excercise whats the deal. Changed from the balance to the slim menu today hope it helps. |
Well, a bit frustrated again, but I'll deal with it. WI at lunch and on their scales, I stayed the same from last Wednesday. However, on my scales this morning, I was down a half a pound. Their scales kept bouncing back and forth between 164.0 & 164.5. It finally landed on 164.5. I guess I'll have a bigger loss on Wednesday, but dang!
|
Wow - I really need to try to read this everyday!
I went shopping on Saturday. I was a little upset because I drove down to Fayetteville to go to Catherine's - they were having a sale on Clearance and before my diet, I would drive down there and they would never have size 4x or 5x's in the shirts. So I'm thinking I'm going to get lucky... NOPE! All they had were 4 & 5x's!!! I did find ONE Liz & Me Tshirt that was a 2x and it fits perfectly. And I bought a pair of jeans.. 16!!! They are a little loose but they didn't have 14's in stock and I didn't want to order them and have them not fit. So then I headed to Fashion Bug. I found a pair of 14/16 capri pants and went for the 3x (because usually fashion bug clothes run a little smaller).. ended up getting the 4x. The 3x was ok but just didn't feel comfortable in it. That's about it! I probably need a new bra but going to wait at least another month before I reinvest in that. Happy to see all the weight loss - keep up the great work! Welcome to all the newbies. Oh - and the rewards - I've been rewarding myself throughout the program; massages (which I had one on Sunday) and pedicures. But the BIG reward at the end of all this... Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH! I'm a HUGE roller coaster fan and have always wanted to go to Cedar Point. I hope to be at my goal wait in December, which the park is closed during the winter months - so I will be planning a trip probably in April/May to ride ALL the roller coasters at Cedar Point! :D Hope everyone has a great week! |
Hi all - sorry I've been MIA - we homeschool and I'm trying to get lesson plans, schedules, physicals, dental appoints, eye exams . . . etc all taken care of and it means my computer time is a bit limited. I do check in, but may be a bit more quiet than usual for the next month or so. . .
About water intake - there is such a thing as too much because it can completely depleate your electrolytes and make you very sick - that said - it takes a ton of water to do this. I was told when I weighed 240 lbs not to exceed 160 oz of water per day unless I was using some type of electroyte replacment product. (If you weigh less this numer would be lower- if you weigh more it could be higher) I have had a rotton day! I refuse to go off plan, but right now the rebel inside me wants to eat anything and everything off plan, just to rebel against the plan. I'm not hungry. I have no cravings. I just want to "be naughty"! I refuse to give in and after my OP dinner I am going to go work out until the rebel either the rebel is too tired to bother me or my body is too tired to listen to it! WI today and I was up 5 lbs - (only reason we could think of was being out in the heat all weekend) - I have been totally OP. On top of that this is 1 lb heavier than 6/25. Then this afternoon I went to my endocrinologist (took 3 months to get in to see him) and despite my lower BP, better pulse rate and 20 lb weight loss since I last saw him all he had to say was my thyroid level is very high (overactive/ this is a bad thing for me) and that when I start the lower dose of medication it will probably be harder for me to lose weight! Let me tell you, that does not encourage me to take the new lower dose! He has always been very "matter of fact" but I really would have liked to hear something positive - maybe praise for losing weight. . . I think he needs to work on his bedside manner. . unfortunately he is the only Endocrinologist for over 90 miles. In the past he has actually been wrong about my ability to lose weight and the methods that would help me lose weight so I actually think the new dose will help, but I was very fustrated when I left his office - though I went straight home without stopping for icecream somewhere like I wanted to. Sorry for the ranting - but it is very difficult to type and eat junk food at the same time! On the upside - the parade was a lot of fun last week, and after sharing my plan to walk the 1/2 marathon this year, one of the consultants is putting together an MRC Team / walking club which should be a lot of fun. Mariah |
Mariah:
Kudos to you for staying strong in spite of all the strikes you've faced today! My mom has thyroid problems and I know how hard it can be to regulate. I hope your new dose gets you straightened out! Hopefully the scale will be kinder at the next WI. |
tkdtara84 Thanks for the info. At WI today she said I was down 1.5 lb, but if I remember correctly, I'm the same. At any rate, I am not too stressed and hope next week will be better when I'm past the extra water. I have been going potty a lot today! LOL
RaRaF Today is a new day and you can start all over. Just get back OP and don't look back! coarkkayaker What I said to RaRaF. :) lostcause Hang in there. Everyone seems to have a week here or there where they don't progress. (This week I am). I plan on trying the MediQuick menu for a week if I don't loose this week. JenB That's when I start taking off jewelry, LOL Looks like a lot of us are stuck this week. Maybe we will all have a great week next time. Rzrbackcandi Ask the center for your measurements and shop online. I love shopping all those stores online because I wait for a good sale, then shop clearance by size and price. I have gotten some great deals on clothes from Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug. Catherines is part of the same site also. Their selection is awesome, and with your measurements, you can find the right size! momoffour Nice to see you back and I hope you tamed the rebel inside you! At any rate, a lot of us are having a rough week. Maybe you are right and it is the hot weather. Of course I can't use that excuse as it's been much cooler in Oregon. I have an under active thyroid (never been over active) and it's hard for me to lose weight, but if I stay OP I can do it. You should be okay if you are currently over active and have to adjust down. Good for you for staying OP despite your frustration! |
Hi...
I will make this short, as I have posted twice and when I hit send, it says web page not found, so hopefully this will come thru. On maintenance weigh in today lost 2 pounds. I am happy with that as I lost pound I gained and one more putting me back to 5 pounds under goal. Patzi |
I want to SCREAM!!
Is it really possible to put on 2 LBS between the time I woke up, worked out, ate breakfast and went for my WI??!! I was so relieved this morning when I weighed at home and saw that I had Finally broken my plateau. Then, I get there and I am up by at least 1/2 from Friday!! My scale is typically within .5 of the scale at the center. She said she thinks it was the steak I ate last night (I rarely eat beef) or the workout this morning. I'm not discouraged, but boy am I frustrated! Thanks All for letting me Vent. |
Hi Again--So, I was up a lb yesterday after my "birthday party" cheat. But today--up 5 lbs! HOW is that possible? I completely stayed OP yesterday, drank a TON of water--more than usual even. I feel like I just lost a months worth of progress:( I'm hoping it's water weight due to the heat, but gosh its frustrating. UGH--I just want to scream--and EAT something! It actually makes me feel like, what's the point? If I'm going to have one meal and gain 5 lbs, why am I even trying? :(
|
I'm right there with you, RaRaF! Let's Scream Together!
I don't get it either! |

Maybe we just need a pity party? |
Mariah - stay strong! I can't imagine having a doctor that wouldn't acknowledge what an awesome job you are doing with your weight loss. And when the rebel in you starts to talk - just shut her up with HNS or a nice long walk :D
RaRaf & Connie - I went for WI this morning and we were waiting outside the scale room. I heard the consultant say - you've gained 5lbs and the lady said, yeah - that's what I figured. Then the consultant said, stay away from deli meats & lower your water intake. When the lady left I asked about the deli meats, which I know are bad because of the sodium but on occassion, I will have it - maybe only once or twice a month. The consultant said she was eating higher sodium foods but then drinking over a gallon of water hoping it would wash it away. I guess the extra water & salty foods finally got to her!?!? And if you work out, your body will retain more water - hopefully the next time you weigh in it'll all be gone + a little extra. The center always tells me not to come in for a WI if I have exercised or been for a massage. Patzi - You're amazing and such an inspiration. Victoria - I do order from the online websites - I just made a special 30 minute drive down to the store hoping to walk out with new tops. Oh well, guess I can spend that money on HNS. Last night I told my mom if I didn't lose at least 2lbs today at WI that I was going to go eat a greasy hamburger & french fries... maybe even have a milkshake, too. Knowing, that I would never do that. She just laughed at me. So I went to WI today and well.. no make believe greasy hamburger for me - I lost 2lbs since Friday! Which puts me 3lbs away from the 70lb board! Hope everyone is staying cool! Have a great week! |
I'll join the pity party. I was unofficially at 163.2 on Saturday and Sunday but up to 164.4 today. Stayed totally OP too.
Let's just blame the heat. Patzi--that is fabulous news. You are doing so well. It must have been a pleasant surprise to see those 2 lbs gone. I'm proud of you. |
Little Edie - I'm right there with you. I weighed 164.4 this morning too.
I was just reading what Candi wrote about deli meats and realized I've majorly screwed up. I went to Sam's and got a 5 pound boneless turkey breast. Ya know...the kind they slice at the deli. I'm sure that's been my major problem. I figured that it would be easier so I took it home, divided it into 5 - 1 pound bags and froze them until I wanted them. I just looked on the Butterball website and a 2 oz. serving has 450 mg of sodium. Now make that my green menu 4 oz. serving and at lunch, I just ate 900 mg of sodium!!!! If I ate it again at dinner, I'm up to 1,800 mg. Well, it stops now. I have to start paying more attention to labels. Why did this not occur to me before?!!! Timing wise, it matches my stall. Thanks, Candi for mentioning this. |

Thank u so much. Husband gave me flowers to cheer me up last nite and woke up with them by my bed so today is much better. Deside it is like riding a horse. U fall off the horse u get up brush yourself off and get right back on and try not to make same mistake again. Of course if u do it is going to hurt and you're going to complain, but it is what u do after that make the difference. So I have chosen to climb back in the saddle and show the horse who is boss. LOL |
