Default Celebrating 1 year!

Amazing the difference a year makes!
I walked into MRC 1 year ago today, depressed and thinking I was a complete failure. I basically gave myself over to them because I had run out of answers and didn't even know what questions to ask anymore. 1 year later, I have been maintaining my goal weight for 6 months, am happier and more energetic than I've ever been in my life, and have the cutest wardrobe! I'm here to say that if I can do it, YOU CAN TO! Hang in there - it is SO worth it!

Congratulations on making it a year!!
Thank you so much for your post. It is truly inspirational. I have about 70 lbs to lose so knowing you did it in a year (technically six months) makes me think that perhaps I can too.
You look absolutely beautiful!

This is just confirmation we're all where we should be right now- working on our weight and health and with great results ahead of us.

Congratulations, hatesthesweatpants! Just think if you hadn't made the decision to join MRC.

Congratulations, Debi! What has impressed me more than your weight loss is the fact that you have went out of your way to help each and every person on this forum. So congrats to your one year anniversary of starting MRC and becoming our motivator! Thank you!
