Sorry it was a rough weekend - teacherlady already gave you some great advice but thought I would add my 2 cents . . . You absolutely have to have at least the minimum HSNs. . . they may seem expensive, but they are worth the cost (especially if you buy them in bulk (10 at a time for $100). I have also found that most of the time if I really want something badly enough I can find a way to save for it. . . (we really have very few needs and if you are going to do this program you need at least the minimum number of HNS). Originally Posted by jmgirl

Your attitude will determine your success. For example I was also able to eat out this weekend at Perkins for breakfast (first time in months Hubbie and I ate out). I don't know your plan so I don't know what you are allowed to have for breakfast however, I was able to stay on plan. I requested an 3 egg white omelt (though I could have gotten a 2-egg omlet) with the varous veggies I am allowed to have, the fruit cup instead of the potatoes and I did eat a couple of bites of dry whole wheat toast which I put some of the eggs on. I took in a pomagranet supplement and mixed it with my water and enjoyed a wonderful meal out with my hubbie.
The main difference I see between our 2 experiences is all in the attitude. You sound like you felt deprived, instead of being proud of yourself for making the choice to fuel your body properly. You seemed to focus on the food and not the opportunity to spend time out with friends or family.
As for the rest of it - have you checked in with your doctor recently? Does the center know about the the lack of energy and missing period? I have been a litlte hungry at times but I have been full of energy since starting this program and if anything my monthly cycles have become more regular so I would let the center know and perhaps have your homone levels checked by your dotor - especially your thyroid levels as these symptoms sound a lot like how I felt when my thyroid was messed up.
This plan is not for every one, but I really believe that you have to have the right attitude if you are going to succeed at any weightloss program. Focus on what you can have and the positive effects these choices are having on your body. It sounds to me like you did a good job with the choices you had, you should be proud of yourself for that. What would you have ordered 6 months ago?
