Patzi-- Yup, it sure is! Now that I can fit into more fashionable clothing, I'm trying to get really cute stuff, rather than just functional stuff.

Chasing Skinny -- tell your center about this. The only time I had dizziness/nausea issues was when I was on a non-MRC supplement that had caffeine. I went off the supplement, and I was fine. I think there was one other time I was having dizziness issues, and they told me to start recording right on my food sheet when that happened (usually afternoon). Then we looked at what I was eating and figured out I was metabolizing oranges too fast. I switched up my fruit, and I've been fine. However, scratchy throat isn't a blood sugar issue--sounds more like an allergy/illness issue. Also, yes--it does seem like a lot of food at first, but you'll get used to it. If you aren't eating everything at every meal, that might also account for low blood sugars later.

Went to Old Chicago with the family to celebrate the niece's graduation and meant to order a chicken sandwich (minus the bun of course) and ended up ordering a calzone instead. I don't know what came over me I just couldn't stomach having a salad or a chicken breast... (((groan))) I came home and drank a supplement and then just had another supplement a little while ago... I have been chugging water and did a lot of hard yard work (pulling weeds and what not) trying to counter the EVIL lunch... Anyone have any other tips to help me get back on track? I would be very grateful!
