I added 1lb hand weights to my exercise - which is walking on the treadmill. At Walmart, I thought to myself.. 1lb, surely I could do 2lbs but let's start small and just go up from there. I would just eat what you can and throw in extra HNS, if you are allowed.
So, to all my fellow "sickies": even though food--especially OP food--doesn't sound good at all right now, try to stay as close to plan as possible and drink as much water as possible, and you can still maintain or lose when sick!
