I have the reddish powder. I was having problems just wanting to eat and eat so it was suggested that I take mine once a day. I take mine with my 1st HNS. I like it best with Peach Mango and with about 20 oz of water to cover both things. I like it this way. I have NOT tried it without an HNS. I've also done it with Grape and Mixed Fruit together.

I heard the red one tastes kinda fruity but then has a spinach after taste!? I'm actually getting used to the Veggie one - I just don't mix it with a lot of water and drink it really fast!

I just bought the super veggie because I have a hard time getting mine in. I mixed it with tea and YUCK! It tasted like blended broccoli in koolade.

have you tried making a smootie?

4 egg whites
1 scoop of veggie mix
1 protein pack- I use graprfuit, but you choose
frozen fruit according to the menu
add ice
mine is only 216 calories, you can freeze them and have them on the go or you could make them everyday

I am having one now and it's DELICIOUS☺
wish I could have more than one a day.
