I've lost 54 pounds since September/October. I didnt realize I lost the first 20 pounds in September but once I did realize in early October I began counting calories. I think you can do it.

I've lost 40 lbs since August 30. I've resigned for 10 more weeks--taking me into the first week of March--to lose another 23 lbs. I think it's totally doable, but we'll have to work at it.

For beginning of March, that would be a loss of over 3lbs/week average. Tough, but do-able. Shooting for end of March would probably be more realistic.

Thanks, Lilmiss. Those were taken about 12lbs from my goal - I'm thinner now and much more muscular. I love them, though, because they really show how my confidence changed! I'm past my official goal of 155 -that's now my "red line" number. If I get close to it, I immediately go back to the losing menu. Haven't had to do it much - my body seems to be pretty happy where it's at as long as I follow the plan!
