Back to MRC again
Hi, everyone. This will be my 3rd time doing MRC. I have been on and off the 3FC MRC threads for the past couple years, so I may know some of you guys. I am going on my own this time. I have the green menu and the rest of the paperwork that I was given before. I also have the beige and vegetarian menu's as well. I am making my own HSNs by using whey or egg whites and crystal lite. I just need a little direction from some of you that have been doing MRC on your own. Can someone give me the nutritional stats for the bars and the meal replacement shakes? Also, I am looking for stabilization and maintenance menu's ( I never made it that far in the past). I am willing to share what menus I have as well. Anyway, I hope to get and give support so that we all can be successfull in 2011!
