Default starting back in january- some exercise questions

hi all, i started mrc over a year ago. i stopped doing it sometime last spring, but i lost 40lbs or so doing the program. it is great and really works if you stick to it! i lost the rest by sticking really closely to the program, no drinks and eating a wider range of veggies and whole grains. still stick to that, but i exercise about 5-6x a week. i do cardio 4-5x for 40-50min and weights 2-3x a week. i have about 10-15 more pounds to go. my original mrc goal was 155- hit that this summer, but i was nowhere near satisfied with the way i look, still not. not sure what weight will make me happy, i have a lot of excess fat around my midsection so i know until that is gone i won't be done. my question is for those of you who workout as much as i do? is the amount of food sufficient to give you energy and fuel your body or do you do a different menu?

I have been exercising about the same amount as you for a while now. I lost 40 pounds before MRC, 20 with MRC (although it took me a year) and I still have 10 to go. I'm on stabilization, but have started it 3 times. I just can't get into it and keep having little cheats. But, back to the exercise, I have had 2 trainers over the last year and both have said I am not eating enough for the amount of exercise I do. I eat more protein than I'm supposed to and in the morning I also eat more carbs, as I exercise in the morning. A couple of times over the last year I have gotten dizzy during exercise in the morning and both times my trainer (2 different trainers) said I wasn't eating enough before exercising. I haven't told my counselor at MRC that I am eating more, as they will say that is why I haven't reached my goal. They know how much I exercise, but don't think I should eat more. I think that is one problem with MRC - that they don't account for different levels of exercise, and even encourage you not to exercise a lot.

I forgot to mention that with 10 pounds to go I also have a lot of fat around my midsection and I know that even when I lose those last 10 pounds it will not be enough to get rid of my "rolls".
