I haven't weighed in, because I've been just a little frightened to do so. I had the last 4 days off of work for the holiday and didn't do so great being OP. It's really easy to rationalize what you are eating! And for me there is always a "back OP tomorrow..wait, tomorrow...mayyybe tomorrow"
But this morning I'm determined. Bar for Bfast with HNS, water bottle on my desk emptying out every hour or so..And a weigh in and Connections class tomorrow evening. I will own up to what I gain, and know that I will get back going!!
So, essentially I'm feeling positive, but drained after so much food/sweets/sodium/carbs over the last few days!

You can do it Macheala!! Hang in there - keep up the great work you started this morning and don't give up on yourself. Remember that it's much easier to get back into it than to start all over again! Best of luck

Just remember you will probably feel hungrier for the first few days back on plan. Carbs make you feel bloated (ie. "full"). Give yourself time to adjust to the longer lasting (but not so immediate) fullness of the protein. Protein is a beautiful, long-term metabolic burner! Good luck - take your lesson and turn it into a positive experience!

My Thanksgiving went well. I went off plan for the one meal, and one meal only. I even had some dessert (first dessert in 6 months!). I weighed in yesterday and lost 2.6 for the week! Which means, I finally made it to 60 pounds lost!!
