Yes, if you are hungry, you should incorporate added protein. I am completely not surprised they would advise you of that. Remember, the plan is really the most difficult in the very beginning -- while your body adapts to a new game plan, you likely will experience some strangeness, but it will pass. Once you begin the REAL plan, you will be adding hns (protein drinks, puddings, soups) and that will go along way to helping you feel satisfied. They will likely recommend you have 5 per day, and if they do, make sure you consume everyone of them, as they to accelerate weight loss. Good Luck.
