Question???
I am trying to get my husband to switch over to the program also. I have been on program for almost a month now. I have the beige menu. What changes do I need to make to it for a man?? I know he will need more calories than I do, I just was not sure about portions for him. I know if he ever feels hungry this will go out the window so I do not want to short him any. Thanks for any suggestions.
