I know I am going to continue to take one day a week off the plan as that seems to keep me on the plan the rest of the week; this will slow down my weight loss which is fine with me. I am going to MRC next week to find out what this will cost me but would like to know going into my appointment what I can anticipate having to pay. My contract doesn't say. If it is too expensive I may try this on my own for awhile. Would appreciate some info on cost.

I also believe it's $99. Well worth it in my eyes for the accountability. I'd have trouble staying on program if I knew no one was watching me!
One thing I will mention is that I signed up for 24 weeks to lose 72 pounds. Well, my 24 weeks ended in January and I haven't been asked to resign. I've only lost 63 pounds, not the 72, so, I'm guessing that's why. I was pretty shocked considering they know I haven't been on program 100% of the time. But, they stood by me! I've got another 75 lbs. to lose from here so I will most definitely have to resign at some point.
