Does anyone have the preconditioning menu they can send me, please?! I was doing so well but got off track with an unexpected pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. It was funny how my body reacted to the experience- I gain 15 lbs in the last two months from just eating slightly off program.
So now I'm trying to re-focus. This also made me realize that we really want kids soon. What's a healthy weight for a woman 5'10" that wants to get pregnant? How much can I expect to gain? I read that for being an overweight expectant mom you should only gain 15-20 lbs but considering my first experience I'm afraid I'm going to blow up like a balloon
