Thrown off track

Does anyone have the preconditioning menu they can send me, please?! I was doing so well but got off track with an unexpected pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. It was funny how my body reacted to the experience- I gain 15 lbs in the last two months from just eating slightly off program.

So now I'm trying to re-focus. This also made me realize that we really want kids soon. What's a healthy weight for a woman 5'10" that wants to get pregnant? How much can I expect to gain? I read that for being an overweight expectant mom you should only gain 15-20 lbs but considering my first experience I'm afraid I'm going to blow up like a balloon :)

around 170 lbs is the highest you can weigh and still have a "normal" BMI, but women who are in good shape have a MUCH easier time during labor, and it's easier for them to carry around the extra weight of the baby if they have the muscles to support the drastic change in their body. hope this helps a little, good luck :)

I'm 5'8" and the "top" weight for a "normal" BMI for my height is 163, so I'd say 170 is probably right for 5'10"

Suzie...sorry to hear about your loss. I miscarried the month before I got pregnant with my son. I just talked to my ob/gyn about a healthy weight for getting pregnant again and she just said as healthy as possible...which for me, is gonna be another 4 months of loss. But then again, I'm nowhere near my goal or a "healthy" weight. And it takes a while for our bodies to regulate after a pregnancy...I swear mine is different than before and my little one is almost 2. I do plan to either remain with MRC through my next pregnancy and/or see a nutritionist...likely both. I won't have a goal of too much loss, but I'm not gonna lose momentum again on my health.

I don't have the pre-con menu, but you should be able to estimate it...

I noticed your absence from here and wondered about you. Okay, I will attach. It is on page 4 of the attachment cause there's other stuff here too. All the best, Joy2MeNu
