Has anyone done a Detox pill or 14 day Detox program while on the MRC diet? Is it a no no or ok.

sorry you never got any replies on this. guess lack of replies makes a statement within itself. Always just ask at your MRC for this answer. It's hard for me to imagine why you couldn't do a detox, but then again, I haven't got a clue as to what chemically has potential to throw off the plan!
