Question Don't feel like eating - ?

Ok - who knew that this was possible - not me?!

Day 6 or so on I have had to force myself to eat just about everything.
Nothing sounds good (not anything I can have at least... )

I had some meal replacements and I ended up doing that twice even though I know it's early.

I will go to the center tomorrow and talk to them about it.

But I wondered if anyone else had experienced this.

Yes I have been there as well. I think my issue was I was bored with what I was eating because I was eating the same things all the time. I had to try some recipes to mix things up a bit.

Thanks Mary! I am getting some recipes and going shopping on my way home tonight.
The center also mentioned that it might be because I was going from a high, high carb diet to this one.

And hoo-ray - I got to sign the 10 lb board today! :O)

Good job on the 10 lb board!!

You know they may be onto something because when I went through my point of not wanting to eat it was around the beginning. I also ate tons of carbs too. I did find though trying the different recipes did help me get through it.

Are you taking an appetite suppressent? I'm on phentatrim and I feel the same way. Now that i'm more used to it, i get hungry, but it's not the same as it was before i started MRC.

I run into the same problem every so often, especially for breakfast and lunch. Nothing sounds good and I'm just NOT hungry. It passes, it usually helps me to switch it up with something different to eat.
