I know next week I may drop a few hundred dollars but it will be worth it if I am a hundred pounds lighter in a year or so. Money well spent is money that is ok to be spent.

That's exactly how I felt about it - and, frankly, the money has been a source of motivation to me - I saw it as an investment and refuse to just walk away from that investment. That's my penny pinching side.

I signed up for WW a couple years ago because I saw my sis-in-law have great results with it, but there wasn't the level of accountability and support that I've found with MRC. Plus, the menu makes sense to me - it's smart to eat this way. I've found myself very glad that there aren't prepacked frozen meals in the grocery store. I have to plan, and think, and cook, and shop and eat in a way that's healthy. I have not taken any supplements except the HNS and the fiber drink. I buy my multi-vitamin and flax oil from Wal-Mart. I wanted to see how my body would respond to the simplest version of it.
This is actually good for me to write because I've had a tough week and it's good to remember what the heck I'm doing and why I'm doing it!!!
No plan will work unless YOU decide to make it work and it sounds like you're ready for that! You'll do great! This is a great place for support if you need it.
