Honestly, I have never used the cookbook! But I do try to switch up my proteins as much as possible and not get in a rut that way. I also always drink my max HNS's every day. For supplements, I only take MRC-6, Fish Oil and a prenatal vitamin (we're hoping to TTC this coming fall after I'm on maintenance)
