Default Preconditioning menu needed
Hi all,

The past year I put on the weight I lost when on the MRC program due to infertility drugs. I want to try and shed the weight again, but have moved to Japan (my husband's military and they don't have a MRC here!). I'm missing the preconditioning menu (probably in storage back in the states). Is there anyone willing to share a copy with me? My email is justme11004 at Hotmail dot com.

I was on preconditioning for 7 days and lost 7 pounds.

On a side note, my center no longer has (or shares) the Meta Quick menu/instruction sheet and I can't find mine from 2 years ago.

Would anyone mind sharing?
