I am able to have a 1/4 of a cup of pasta on my current menu. Do any of you know if that is cooked or dry? My pkg had 16 oz in it, so I figured half of that is one cup and then did a quarter of that. It was angel hair, so its not like loose noodles I could easily measure. After I cooked it it looked like well over a cup, whoops... I think I did it wrong, but I ate it anyway.

I gave several hours of massage today, so I'm hoping I burned enough calories that my body won't revolt and gain anything from the carb overload.
