So I can read that the EFA is flaxseed oil but what does that mean and what else is it called. There seems to be some "slang" words used and I am not sure what they all mean. Thanks, Adrienne

it's also known as omega 3 or fish oil.......they are pretty much all the same.

EFA = Essential Fatty Acids. I went with MRC's EFA for one main reason...no fishy burps. Although my patients love it, the clients...not so much...

Theirs don't repeat on you like all of the others I've tried, and they run about the same as many of the others I looked at.

I thought the EFA's were also good for your hair.
