Yea--and I associated soda with work---like when I had a lot to do thought...okay I'll grab a soda and dig in.....It's been good to reframe...and I actually like the Diet Rite fine too once got adjusted to. When they took it totally away for awhile it REALLY tasted good

I make the breakfast cheesecake on sundays. It lasts until Thursday (if I don't eat a piece on Sunday). I'm always in a hurry in the morning so that recipe works well for me. I haven't tried to make and freeze the pancakes- somehow I don't think it would work well.

I have been loving cottage cheese, fruit and lettuce for lunch. I need to change it up a bit but that's been my default for a month now.

I like turkey burgers with diced green pepper, green onion, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and an egg (to stick it all together). I think the green pepper adds more flavor. I don't count the egg towards the protein.

I cook chicken in tin foil with veggies. Zucchini, yellow squash, green pepper cut up raw add to the chicken packet (one breast per packet) sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and cook at 375 for 45 min? I can't remember how long but I usually error on the longest amount. The tin foil helps keep the chicken moist. Put a pan below them in case the juices spill out.

I LOVE the chili in the recipe thread. It usually lasts me 4-6 meals. I always add cheese. The one thing I don't like about that recipe is that I am never sure I get the right amount of protein and veggies. The future husband likes it too.
