I love hearing about every one else's experiences. Wonderful info. I had a week where I lost 5 pounds but averaged 2.5-3 the rest of the time. I only had 23 to lose last time and now I have 44. I feel like a complete jerk for gaining it all back and 20 pounds!! I know why I went off program though. I had a personal tragedy and stopped eating for a period of time. When I finally started to feel normal again, it felt so good to eat I ate EVERYTHING!
Thanks for being such a help and inspiration.

everyone's stories around here are inspirational. I HATED watching my weight climb while I was pregnant. That was the only sad part of the whole thing.

I'm glad you said that b/c my skin has been SO dry. I have been moisturizing like crazy!
So is it the Guggol that's doing this? My skin has been really dry too and if it doesn't go away, i'll start cutting out the goggol.

Thanks!

It's the lack of fat and oil in your diet overall! Guggol has nothing to do with it. The EFA's are very important, that is what gives you the essential oils your body needs and is not getting in your diet. A good multi vitamin or prenatal vitamin is also essential for the nutrients your body is not getting through food. This may be why you see dry skin and hair loss.
TAKE THE EFA and A MULTI VITAMIN!!

Hynlymzic...I was the same way with my pregnancy...I had just hit my goal at MRC when I found out I was pregnant and had to stop. I didn't get a chance to go onto maintenance. I ate whatever whenever and before I knew it I had gained 95 pounds in my pregnancy...OUCH....now 3 years after having my son...I'm committed to lose the weight.....

Are we supposed to take the Guggle everyday or just when we think we need it or what? My mind is slipping.

Cheers!

Smile Guggal

I just started March 2 but didn't begin to take guggal for about two weeks.
My center told me that they are great for sugar and salt cravings. Also, I
started with All Day Weight Loss and Corti-Trim. I like the All Day because
it helps me with hunger.

I love to read everyones questions and replies. They are really helpful.
You are all doing great results.

HNS are High Nutritional Supplements, like the protien drinks or wafers you need to drink on the plan.

I am a beginner does anyone have recipes that are good that my family will enjoy? Venison, Chicken I was also wondering about all the items they sell I really don't have the money to buy stuff I dont need. I was a little disappointed after paying 399.00 dollars to find out I needed a lot more money. I would like to use only what I need any ideas?
