Smile New (for me) YUMMY protein choice

I bought some Langostino tails at Trader Joe's the other day. The are a cross between a tiny lobster tail and a mud-bug - and they are amazing! A 4 oz. serving has only 70 calories, 5 from fat and 14g of protein!!!

I sauteed them up in a bit of EVOO and garlic with some fresh herbs...it was the best!

Sounds really good. I've been in a rut lately, looking for something different and this sounds like it could be a good change to add in. Thanks for sharing.

Let me know what you think. I thawed out a bag and keep them in the fridge - they are great to toss on a salad, too.

Useful little buggers...and filling, too!
