Welcome. Glad to see another person on board. I've been on this diet since Nov. 2009. I've done really well too, but have been struggling since January (bad weigh ins, not much change in weight loss.) I probably should have lost 18 pounds since Jan instead of just.8 I've been wanting to quit lately--especially over the last 2 days. I even almost told them I wanted to quit because I felt like I couldn't take it anymore.
I understand EXACTLY how you feel. Another good thing is alot of people on this board have felt the same or are currently going through the same situation. It's also good your husband is going through this as well. Sounds like he's a good source of strength for you as I am sure you will be for him if he ever hits a rough spot.
You are doing awesome and 22 pounds--you are sailing along! You will reach your goal before you know it. Just take it one day at a time ( or if you are like me, one meal at a time.)
