I bought the Firm Wave system from a friend of mine and started it on Sunday. I must say I LOVE it! I'm a Firm junkie from way back, lost all my post baby weight and more, toned up everything, with the Fanny Lifter and Firm dvds. I've since got away from working out and gained back some and starting to get "fluffy" again. I personally think the Wave is not as tough or fast paced as the workouts on the fanny lifter, but to ease back into getting toned and tight again, it is great! And I'm not saying it is easy by any means, you will sweat and you will be sore! LOL

Thanks a lot. That's good to know. What is the fanny lifter? Is it a stepper type thing, or a dvd?

Yes, it's a stepper type thing, part of the Body Sculpting System with exercise videos. I got it years ago, but it was awesome!

I recommend you get a netflix account. If you don't have one already, plans start at 4.99 a month and they have over 50 pages of home fitness dvd's you can rent for an unlimited amount of time.

They have the ones from the biggest loser, Jillian Michaels, Crunch fitness, yoga, Belly dancing, anything you can think of. Then you can try them out, see what you like and when you get bored, change to a different one.

Good Luck!

When I am looking for a good workout dvd, I use www.collagevideo.com/ - to choose from. They have a large selection plus reviews and demos of each of their workouts. Give it try before buying.
