Default Meta Slim Plus?

Hello again everyone So Have had a rough past few months.. Anyway I will make this short and sweet. I have EVERY single menu except for the PLUS One for over 200 LBS. I'm doing the program over on my own... I am doing Pre conditioning now then have copies of the Days 1-4 and 5-10 of the menus, I have the green regular Meta Slim Menu, but I am now over 200 LBS again and need the META SLIM PLUS.. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this one and the green one? If i remember correctly I believe its just 6oz of Protien verses 4 Oz of Protien, but not sure if that is the only change, and how to work it with eggs and cheese etc..
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreicated!!

Hello,
Yes it is 6oz of protein. 3oz of hard cheese, 2 eggs or 1 egg with 2 oz of hard cheese. You have to wait 11 days before you can have meal replacement bars or shakes, 5 days before you can have a creamy. You can have up to 5 HNS a day, minimum of 3.

Hope this helps

There is no weighing food on preconditioning. They just want you to reduce your concumption of caffeine, sweets, and starches and up water intake to 64oz a day.

You choose a protein, starch, vegetable and friut for breakfast (veggies are optional with breakfast), lunch and dinner. It says that veggies are free items and can be used as snacks between meals.

Hey LauraSerendipity,

Just a side note..I just got back from Conifer, Colorado. We shopped in Littleton almost everyday. I love love love it up there. If my husband would I'd move there in a heartbeat. I don't know If I'd choose to live in Conifer or Littleton but right now I'd take either. You're lucky.

Thanks for the info on the bars Learning2bhealthy. Also, you mentioned vegetables for snacks is that info just for the pre-conditioning? Or do you have snacks(vegetables) now?

Hi Laura, I just saw your post and your questions have already been answered. I love all the support in this forum. I have been on the over 200 pound menu for almost a week now. I have never seen the green menu so I don't know what it says. On the 200+ menu you have a HNS supplement with every meal and can have 2 additional ones for snacks. Do you have the supplements? I heard that dietdirect.com sells the same liquid protein. I went to their website and ordered a catalog. The supplements have really helped me stay on track.
Good luck to you!
