Jenny2364 - you are allowed 1 serving for starch which according to the box is 4 rounds or 2 toasts (i believe - I usually only get the rounds).

The store isn't in this area. It's actually in Huntsville, AR. (where my sister lives). There is also another in Eureka Springs, AR. The Melba Toast cost .59 per box.

Sorry..

Sherrie...I have a very crazy schedule and workout at FAC 6 days a week... I run before the chickens rise ...I started running last April a couple of months into the MRC diet and just love it...I am now weight training along with running and am in training for the Walmart/Powerbar half marathon in Bentonville on March 13th...never thought I would ever love running...after 46 years of life Keep up the new workout schedule it takes 21 days to make it a habit...I read somewhere... Have you asked at your MRC center if anyone is looking for an exercising partner? I am assuming you go to the Fayetteville center...they have exercise classes there, I have never tried them, but you just might find an exercise partner there...I will probably see you around the center someday...

I hate the name of this store it's WT Focker. HWY 62 going toward Berryville, AR. It'll be on your right. I don't know if this store has the Melba Toast or not. I have only been to this store once.

I need to look harder - all I've been able to find are the Sesame, Sea Salt Regular and Whole Wheat (of the snacks) and Whole Wheat, Regular and Rye of the Toast!

When I'm really busy, I eat them plus cheese for breakfast!
