The program cost is not usually the issue (they run specials from time to time, when initially signed up it was 1/3 off which made it just about $200 for 24 weeks) ... it's the HNS and supplements they push that jack the price up by hundreds and hundreds of dollars. You can do the program without them, although they discourage it, but it is an option. If you are doing it without the HNS, they give you a list of what you need to add in to make up for the protein and calories.

Do you have a list of what to add it without the HNS because I hate those?The only think I like it the hot chocolate and that is too much to pay for hot chocolate.

Mine was $298 for 17 weeks --30 pounds to lose--and that includes a year of maintenance. Interesting how different things are.

Sorry, I don't, because I chose to use the HNS (but I buy them online at dietdirect when they're on sale --- same product, just different label).

I just know that, because I asked when I first joined, that was the information I was given.

It is very interesting the things they don't tell you if you don't ask. My center told me I had to take 3 HNS supplements a day and I just accepted that. I just ordered the cocoa and liquid berry protein from dietdirect.com
