Question Water Retention

For all you ladies out there...do any of you ever notice a small gain the week before you start your period? I've had two WI this week and I'm up a whole pound so far. I went and bought a multivitamin with B6 in it and it didn't seem to help. Just wondering if'n it's me or if'n it's just my gender curse.

Phew! I have been like freakin out and mad. I even threatened to skip dinner. I kinda splurged and went to subway during the week and ate a grilled chicken salad and I didn't have my spritzer and ate the sweet onion sauce for dressing. I mean I know I was bad but I was like "jeeze a whole pound!?" It wasn't that good.

Oh yes, I have this problem. I don't gain any, but I surely don't lose anything the week before. What they told me to do is to double up on the B6. I buy the plain B6 from Walmart for $3. Does the trick for me. And then the week after, i usually have a good loss of 3-5 pounds. All water.

cmb9697, I bought a multivitamin with like a crap load of B6 in it. It's like 4000% DV. But I mean we dont store 86 we just pee it out. Mine by the way turned my pee green! It's very amusing. I'm thinking of getting another weigh in this morning before I eat or drink anything....wonder if'n it'll make a diff....
