Well I gained a 1/2 pound today but I didn't want to screw up the totals so I thought I would just admit it and be accountable. Had a BAD week last week.
Oh and I forgot! I can't believe I forgot! I know, I know, I was up 1/2 pound but I got measured this morning and I had lost 18 1/2 inches!!!! Is that good?
Update your original spot...just copy and paste the whole list. Change your number and the ammount remaining and total lost numbers. Should we do our personal updates in red or something so we can see the changes? I like the idea, but if you all think its a pain, don't worry about it. Next week, we could do a different color...just so it's easier to see who has updated and who hasn't.
