Bought the All Day Weight loss (the ones you take 4 x day) and cortitrim and MRC6 on signup....Am wondering if I'll do again. Hunger hasn't been a big issue which is good and I do think the evening ADWL helps calm me for sleep a bit. Interested in your experiences/opinions. When I run out, am thinking of switching to Relacore at Wal-mart that I've seen some of you write of, continue on with MRC6? and their vitamin? and stop the ADWL. Would love to get just the evening version--even if somewhere else packaged differently. Any ideas?

For me personally, I have to have the ADWL. It helps so much (esp at night, too....I have insomnia). You can do chamomile and melatonin for comparable results at night. The MRC 6 has also been so great. I've been on that since the beginning and I believe it works well. I guess you can take a month and just see how you do w/out certain things. Good luck!
