i buy my fish oil from walgreens n the one i use has a combo of fish n flax oil in it. its 1000 mgs n my counselor has asked me to take 2 pills 3 times a day! she told me it also helps with bowel movement n ive never had problems with constipation ever on the diet.

The location I go to doesn't offer Flax, but does suggest using EFA's (fish oil). Speaking of offerings - has anyone else been told they are no longer going to offer the vanilla wafer bars - or is it just my location (Oregon)?

I sure hope not because I love those things! I just ran out this week but I'll ask at my center on Saturday. But I've found out that different centers carry different things. For instance, my center doesn't carry the Peach Mango concentrate (they said they don't make it any more)but I know other users on here buy it from their center. Go figure!

Ok, I might just die if they stop making the vanilla wafers! I LIVE for that occasional treat (er, meal)!!!! I seriously might start praying about it! LOL!

Well then dang it.. I'm going back to the fish oil. I used to take that before I started MRC, only switched because they told me I had to take Flax. Maybe I'll do the combo pill... sounds like a plan to me.

Carla, I take 2 1000mg at each meal. I only bought the MRC-6 and Phentatrim and Corti-Trim from MRC and I'm tapering off of them now. I do take a lot of vitamin and mineral supplements on my own anyway.
