I have been on the program a week and on the beige diet. hey said a few pounds and I would be on green. What is the difference?

There are a few differences but the main ones are only 4 oz of protein and 2-4 hns daily. They start the green when you go below 200 pounds. Great job on losing!

I lost with mrc, (1998-55lbs) and (2006-35lbs). Going back next week to start again on the program and had a question if anything really changed since 2006?

Hello MRC groupies - I am on the green menu. Can anyone tell me if it matters
when I drink the diet rite drinks? I've been drinking one in between meals, is this okay or am I only suppose to drink one with a meal? I also have mixed
it with the orange HNS that I drink in between, is this a no no too?

Hey, Magnolia Girl--
It doesn't matter when you drink the Diet Rite. It's also ok that you're mixing the HNS with it. Just remember to look at the top of the menu you have to make sure you're not drinking too much diet soda. There is a cap of how much we can have per day. Best wishes!

That's good to know. I will have to let bjwizzy know. I only have one diet rite
a day. That helps in the evening for me.
