Default Surgery Obstacles

Hi again all,

I'm going to have foot surgery later on in the summer and am feeling very anxious about not being able to exercise. I have been exercising 4-5 days a week to aide in losing weight. I'm not concerned about staying OP as I will plan ahead and cook ahead. I wondered if anyone else faced an obstacle similar to this, and any tips would be appreciated. I will not be able to exercise fully for at least 4-6 weeks as my leg will be in an aircast. Any suggestions, encouragement, or advice??

i don't exercise anyway but that's another reason i'm getting off the plan because i'm anticipating knee surgery and i don't want to have to do all this cooking and thinking and crap. i'm very crabby when i feel bad and if i'm feeling bad AND this restricted in my choices, i don't think anyone will be able to tolerate me!
