I started MRC on Monday...I have already lost 5 1/2 lbs and am very impressed. I'm not saying it hasn't been really hard!

I still crave things...especially when it's cold and I'm at home. Anyways...
I have a few questions...why can you only have 4 supplements a day?
Can you have pork in the first few days?
I'm going out of town next weekend and am worried about falling off program. Any suggestions?
