I originally signed in Panama City as a mail order customer while I was on vacation...They have since opened a center in NC which I still am a mail order customer but drive the hour to pick up supplements.
I loved Mary at MRC in Panama City and Jane too...they know everything and are VERY helpful!! Good Luck to you!:)

I just joined the Beaverton Oregon Center.. They seem really nice and helpful!

Ronnie- I am from the Beaverton center too! They are very nice & helpful- I have never had a bad experience there. They always ask what else they can do to make me successful, they take alot of notes so other consultants always know what's going on with me & they remember my name which I think is important.

Hi from central FL! I'm from the Beverly Hills, FL location (a satellite location under the Ocala office)

I just joined 3FC today! So glad I found this site and forum! I have had a hard time finding anything on MRC outside of their website. Started premaintenance 7/21 and the green menu on 7/30.

Question.. where do you find those weight loss rulers/counters that I see on some of your posts??

I am glad to see someone from the Beaverton clinic// It is nice to know these folks will do what they need to to help someone be successful on the plan. I really enjoyed meeting the gals who were there. I am to return on the 21st for the class.. I am looking forward to it!

You can get a "ticker" added to your signature after you've been with the site at least 21 days I believe. You can make them at Tickerfactory.com. To add to your signature whenever you post you'll go to user CP and edit signature. I believe from there you can find a link that will take you to the ticker making area. Welcome to 3FC!

I thought you had to make 10 posts before you could create a ticker (at least that is true to be able to Private Message another poster). In the blue bar at the top, click on USER CP on the left. Click on Edit Signature on the left hand side and follow the directions to create your own ticker. Here are 3FC's instructions: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/anno...signature.html
