Hey Everyone!
I just joined MRC in Cary North Carolina. It is a new center that is just opening. I searched on Metabolic Research Reviews to get peoples' opinions of them and stumbled upon a closed 3FC forum (43 pages from 2006-7). I learned so much and am very encouraged that I have found the right place to lose weight and keep it off at MRC and the right support group at 3FC. Thank you one and all. jeanette

I'm mail order from Cary, NC. I don't live close enough to a center to get to go to a center. So I do mail order.

Reuselady...the Cary, Nc center just opened...just a couple weeks...I'm sure you know that...I've done the program two times (once before getting pregnant and once after) and this is my third time on the program. I did do the program once at the Shalimar FL location and actually lived close enough to go to the center. So the point of my story is if you have ANY questions at all let me know. The girls are very nice at Cary :)

I cannot send a PM until I have posted 10 times (but at least I knew what PM stands for). Where are you up east that you are mail ordering from Cary? I was just lucky finding the MRC right after they opened. Yes, the gals in Cary are very nice and encouraging. I'm trying to lose 35 lbs but I have had these extra pounds for years, since I first tried to get pregnant. I'm really glad I found this forum - I have learned so much about MRC and how to successfully navigate this program for all you 'experts'. Hope to 'talk' to you soon, jeanette

I live in NY....nothing around here...so I just searched their location list to find the closest location to me to save on shipping...I did the program once in Shalimar, FL when I lived near there and got to walk in...then moved...had babies...did it again through Shalimar through mail order...went awall on stabilization at 125 lbs gained it all back and just now decided to do it all again...Cary was suprised to hear from me since they'd only been open a week...I'd hate to think I'm paying them all this money when I know more about the diet then they probably do...BUT I have to pay for the service to get the products....(I saved all my diet sheets so I know what to eat and when to eat and all that jazz...just have to have the products)....but it's nice to have a support network and the girls are nice...I have a thread started 20lbs to go and looking for a buddy....keep me posted on your status there. You are lucky to have found them...it's going to shock and amaze you how perfect the program is :)

I go to the one in Fayetteville, AR. I have been going there since January and have lost 44.5 pounds.
