I just looked at my notes and the supps they have suggested are as follows: PhentraTrim Plus; MRC 6; Corti-Trim; Guggul Cholesterol. I currently take flax, multi vitamin, B6 and B12.

I think it's hard for anyone else to provide motivation - because we're all motivated by different things. For me my biggest motivation is the $$ I've spent - it was part of my motivation to re-sign when I'd regained about half of what I'd lost & my wardrobe became very limited - I didn't want new clothes, I wanted to fit into the clothes I have. So whether it's health, or your looks, or whatever - you've got to find that trigger to make you stick with it for these last weeks.
As far as taking any more supplements & snacking - try 5HTP - you can pick it up at Walmart, Target (cheaper than the MRC stuff if they still sell it) - it isn't always easy to find but it does seem to help - it elevates the stuff that's in turkey (that supposedly makes us sleepy) - it does help with sleep at night, during the day it helps with mood & even appetite control.
