I started this week by losing 3 pounds and feeling really good again about dieting. I don't know if I got to comfortable in my dieting shoes, but I ate half a donut and a fish stick. Not together but at different times, lol. I am still staying on focus w/ the diet and not totally giving up. I am starting to get ready for a 5K run at the end of March. So I am banking on walking 3 times a week to help balance the bad bites that I take.
I go weigh in tomorrow morning so I will post my progress tomorrow. Thans again for all the support here,
