Hey Ya'll. Ive been lurking the past couple days on the forum and have found alot of encouragement reading everyones posts. So, I have decided that I will head into MRC Monday morning and finally get a handle on my weight "issues". I was on a similar program a couple years ago back in Georgia and had great success. But, alas, the weight came back...plus some. Im determined to get it right this time because I want to be healthy before my husband and I try for our first baby!

What I like about MRC is they work on the whole person. Hopefully your center has classes too - that really helped me. It's not just about the diet and the weight loss, but they also stress the exercise and behavior modification. Plus you get the 1 year of counseling after you hit goal, which I think will really help. This is the best thing I have ever done for my help. So, congratulations on taking the step. And we have had a few people on the forum get pregnant while on program and I know I couple more from my center. Both of their doctors said the healthy eating program really helped.
