I use a Hamilton Beach toaster oven to cook my meats in. I pretty much bake all the meats
I steam the vegetables, both fresh and frozen in a small microwave steamer I got from Amazon.
Works very well for my needs.
The fruits are mostly frozen also, and I blend those in with yogurt for smoothies.
