Default Week one done

I've finished week one of stabilization, and am moving on with week two. I'm feeling excited. Week one went pretty good. I stuck to the menu and lost another 2#. Sooo only 1# to my goal. I even went out and ate a half of a chicken taco salad and a Corona light on valentines day. I took the fat and carb blocker and upped my water intake the next day. I am looking forward to fruit at breakfast.
How was the week for the rest of you on stabilization?

I'm on week 5 of Stabilization and had a difficult time figuring out what and when to eat what. Now after 5 weeks - I've got a handle on it. I find it real easy if I make a list of what I intend to eat during the week each day/each meal. I am the only one in my home so it makes it difficult when purchasing food, especially the angel food cake - my grocer has packages of four individual sizes - which when cut in 1/2 equals 8 meals for me which translates to cake at lunch every day for a week. I have really found the program to be the best yet in keeping me on track.

Great! I'm on week 4 and am enjoying myself. Out of curiosity, do they add nuts or additional fat back in on weeks 5 and 6? Just curious what's coming up.

Congrats to all of you on stabilization!!! I am about 12 pounds away from it, and not with the center anymore so I dont have access to the menu. Can anyone send it to me? If you have maintenance that would be great too! My email is sgustin8 at gmail dot come

Thanks!

don't know for sure....but my guess it's a fist-bump -- which means the same thing as a high-five -- so it's a "way to go" type thing!

It is used when someone wants to "bump" the thread to the top of the list...since they are listed in date order on the site. Someone must not have been getting answers/discussion they were looking for

This was a very interesting thread. I enjoyed reading it and was curious how stabilization works. I am getting close, so getting pretty excited!
